Delete your Stingrays Quest account

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Applies to Stingrays Quest accounts of families enrolled with Stingrays India.

Stingrays Quest accounts are created and managed by Stingrays, so they are deleted by our team rather than from inside the app.

How to request deletion

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 72005 35360, or email info@stingraysindia.in.
2. Send it from the mobile number or email registered with your venue, and write "Delete my Stingrays Quest account". Say whether all your children's profiles should be removed, or only some.
3. We confirm the request with you, delete the account, and message you when it is done.

What we delete

• Your Stingrays Quest sign-in and parent account.
• Your children's Quest profiles: skill cards, XP, badges, quiz results and missions.
• Device notification tokens linked to the account.

This is done within 30 days of confirming your request.

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records: for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law.
• Attendance and stage records while your child is still enrolled, so coaches can teach safely. If you also leave Stingrays, these are deleted 2 years after the final class, or sooner on request.

If your child is still swimming with us

Deleting the app account does not cancel classes. You can ask us to set up the app again at any time.
