Our Chennai coaches teach kids and adults how to swim safely, confidently, and for life. You'll work at one of our three venues — SRM Kattankulathur, Lancor Lumina (Guduvancheri), or Rajparis Crystal Springs (Madambakkam) — alongside a structured curriculum, the Stingrays Level 1–4 training pathway, and a senior coach who supports you through your first months.
No coaching background required. We'll train you. Properly.

You can swim 25m in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke, and you're comfortable in the deep end. This is our floor — the rest we can teach.

Every new coach goes through our Level 1–4 coach development pathway — the same program that produces the coaches running 2,100+ weekly lessons across Sri Lanka. Training is paid for by the company. You just show up.
A weekend schedule at Stingrays earns meaningful supplementary income — whether you're a university student covering tuition, a professional topping up, or between jobs. We pay a monthly weekend salary (not per-hour) — predictable income every month for your Saturday and Sunday sessions, plus performance bonuses. You know exactly what you'll earn each month.

This page is about joining us as a coach — but if you're from an apartment complex, housing society, school, or club with a pool that isn't being used well, we partner with communities across Chennai to run structured Stingrays programs at your venue. Your residents get world-class swim training at their doorstep, and the pool earns its keep.
We handle everything — certified coaches, curriculum, equipment, insurance, schedule coordination, and parent communication. You provide the pool.
